Anastasia
Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Anastasia is our orthodontic treatment coordinator. She is passionate about ensuring a seamless patient experience. She excels in explaining treatment plans, addressing concerns, and coordinating convenient appointments. From the first phone call until the day your appliances are placed, Anastasia is your point of contact to help you make an informed decision about the which treament option is best for you and your family. She will help you understand your orthodontic insurance benefits, as well as provide you with interest free payment plan options. It is our goal to make sure orthodontic treatment is affordable for any budget.
Mairead
Pediatric Dental Financial/Insurance Coordinator
"When Irish eyes are smiling", you're probably talking to Mairead. She is our pediatric dental financial/insurance coordinator and will help you navigate any insurance, billing and co-pay questions you might have. Should your child need to be seen in the OR, Mairead will help you throughout the process. When she's not working you can probably find her wearing Mickey ears and strolling Main St at Disney's Magic Kingdom.
Leydi
Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator
Leydi is back with us after taking some time off from her schooling and we couldn't be more excited to have her. She will answer your questions and help you find an appoinmtment time that fits your busy schedule.
AvaDaeh
Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator
AvaDaeh is one of our newer members, but you wouldn't know it. She is likely the first face you'll see when you enter our office, and we can't think of a better person to welcome you.
Jessica
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Jess is our lead clinical assistant. Her steady hands and calm demeanor make it a pleasure to work alongside her. Whether it's calming the nerves of a small child, taking radiographs (x-rays), or helping Dr. Jake place braces or Invisalign attachments, she's up to the task.
Haley
Orthodontic Assistant
Haley is a burgeoning orthodontic assistant. She's a fast learner and her role keeps expanding. When she's not helping to build beautiful smiles, she's probably in the gym building muscle!

Ben is usually assisting Dr. Abbey on the pediatric dental side. Playing a valuable "tag team" role with Dr. Abbey, he is right at home helping on any dental procedure or calming the nerves of an anxious child or parent.
