Anna
Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
Anna is our orthodontic treatment coordinator. She is passionate about ensuring seamless patient experiences. She excels in explaining treatment plans, addressing concerns, and coordinating convenient appointments. From the first phone call until the day your appliances are placed, Anna is your point of contact to help you make an informed decision about the which treament option is best for you and your family. She will help you understand your orthodontic insurance benefits, as well as provide you with interest free payment plan options. It is our goal to make sure orthodontic treatment is affordable for any budget. In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, traveling, and building connections with those around her.
Mairead
Pediatric Dental Financial/Insurance Coordinator
"When Irish eyes are smiling", you're probably talking to Mairead. She is our pediatric dental financial/insurance coordinator and will help you navigate any insurance, billing and co-pay questions you might have. Should your child need to be seen in the OR, Mairead will help you throughout the process. When she's not working you can probably find her wearing Mickey ears and strolling Main St at Dinsey's Magic Kingdom.
Leydi
Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator
Leydi is back with us after taking some time off from her schooling and we couldn't be more excited to have her. She will answer your questions and help you find an appoinmtment time that fits your busy schedule.
Stephanie
Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator
Stephanie and her husband recently moved to Chestnut Hill from the Hudson Valley. Stephanie is one of our newer members, but you wouldn't know it. She is likely the first face you'll see when you enter our office, and we can't think of a better person to welcome you.
Samantha
Lead Clinical Assistant
Sam is our lead clinical assistant and longest tenured employee. Depending on the day, you may see her working with Dr. Abbey or Dr. Jake. Whether it's calming the nerves of a small child, taking radiographs (x-rays), or helping Dr. Jake place braces or Invisalign attachments, she's up to the task. In her free time, Sam tends to an expanding collection of fresh, brackish, and salt water aquariums and sea creatures.
Gianna
Clinical Assistant
Gianna is Sam's little sister and protege. When we say we want you to be part of the TOTH family, we mean it! Gianna started in sterilization, but as a burgeoning orthodontic assistant (and future dental hygienist), her role keeps expanding. Fun fact: Gianna has a pet chicken named Goose.
Emmanuelle
Clinical Dental Assistant
Hailing from France, Emmanuelle recently joined are office and she quickly established herself as a valuable team member.
Jessica
Clinical Dental Assistant
Jessica is our newest orthodontic dental assistant. Her steady hands and calm demeanor make it a pleasure to work alongside her.
Ben
Clinical Dental Assistant
Ben is usually assisting Dr. Abbey on the pediatric dental side. Playing a valuable "tag team" role with Dr. Abbey, he is right at home helping on any dental procedure or calming the nerves of an anxious child or parent.

Dental Hygienist
Megan is our senior hygienist at the Top of the Hill family. Her confident chairside manner and bright smile will make your child feel right at home. Parents and patients alike are always thankful for Meg's calm demeanor. She has two sweet girls of her own, so she knows how put patients at ease while providing excellent care.

Veronica is an Expanded Fubction Dental Assitant. She has a bubbly personality and excellent clinical skills. We're thankful she found her way to us and hope she'll be a familiar face in the office for a long time.
